Wow! I don't normally leave reviews, but I HAD to this time. We called to have our disposal replaced & they literally came NEXT DAY! The plumber they sent was the NICEST GUY! So Polite & Respectful! & Super Efficient. He cleaned up after himself & made sure that the under sink area was perfect. I'm just so impressed. Highly Recommend!!

I'm not a big reviewer but felt it was necessary to shout out good work when it's done well! The Beach plumbing team just completed a pretty extensive job at my new property and they couldn't have been more lovely to work with.Edwin did our initial inspection and estimate and worked with us to ensure we were getting everything we needed at a fair price. The team who worked on the house (Robert, Richard, and K) were amazing. So communicative, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done (starting on time each day, and even staying late).Given our scope of work I'm hopeful we won't need plumbing services for quite a while, but Beach Plumbing would be my first choice in vendors for any future jobs!

The squad just finished a huge job and actually blown away by the team.People with amazing social skills, promptness, hard working. Feels like a rare combo in the trades industry.Edwin was our project manager and initial inspector. He was great in answering questions for a week after the initial estimate and a huge reason we chose Beach Plumbing. Price was right in the middle of some other quotes we got but felt most comfortable with Beach.Robert, Richard, and K were the 3 working on our house I believe — and they grinded long days to finish as early as possible for us. I mostly only spoke with Robert who was just as awesome as Edwin.

Great and knowledgeable people. They weee able to figure out why my shower wasn’t getting any hot water within minutes of inspecting it. Turns out my shower head needed to be cleaned so it would get more pressure to activate the water heater.Other companies tried charging me thousands of dollars stating it was a bad water heater when I just had a new one installed. Definitely recommend their services with any and all plumbing needs

The most pleasant on-site plumbing consultation/estimate I’ve ever experienced. Matthew showed up on time, and was so personable and polite. He intently listened to my concerns and patiently answered all my questions. His explanations were so thorough and thoughtful. Though the estimate provided was a bit higher than others, I had no doubt this was because of the quality of workmanship going into the project as well as the guarantee you’d be well cared for as their client both during and after the project was completed. Thanks Matthew, I will definitely keep Beach Plumbing in mind for future projects.

I had the best experience dealing with Beach plumbing 3–8-04. The plumber actually tried to save me money by trying to repair the garage disposal that was inoperable-who does that these days? The plumber (Tony) was exceptional in regards to customer service and because of this I will be using Beach plumbing from hence fourth.

Huge thanks to Edwin Reveles for coming out after we called about an issue we were having with our water heater. My husband replaced a part as a stop gap until Beach Plumbing could come out. Edwin checked it and assured us that it was the right move, and he made some minor adjustments for us, but did not charge us for the brief visit. He also went above and beyond checking the water pressure and advising us about other preventative measures we could take to keep our water heater in good working order. As first-time home owners, this was much appreciated!!

I recently had an urgent gas leak issue at my property, prompting the city to shut off our gas supply. In a state of urgency, we reached out to Beach Plumbing, and their response time was outstanding. Matthew, Dion and Luis worked tirelessly to repair it immediately. They have a great attention to detail and their customer service is 5 star. Our water heater broke, and we needed a plumber, fast! After reading several very good reviews about Beach Plumbing, we called to see if they had same day service, what the fee was to assess the issue, etc. To our delight, they said they could be there in two hours and the assessment and estimates were free of charge! Matthew arrived on time and was very personable and professional. Our very old water heater needed to be replaced and Matthew wrote up three options that fell in a variety of price points (e.g. converting to tankless, various tank sizes.) After selecting an option, Matthew left and a few hours later Alberto arrived to do the install. He was just as kind and professional as Matthew. He installed the water heater and came up with a pipping solution that made better use of the space and was far more stable. We highly recommend Beach Plumbing for their customer focus and plumbing abilities.

The plumber, Matthew, showed up on time was extremely courteous and friendly. Put his mask on as he got out of the vehicle. That made me feel safe. Listened and evaluated my description of the issues and then did his own on-site manual testing. He indicated some things I thought needed to be done weren't necessary, thus saving me money. The work he did do was fantastic. I could hear the water right clearly, from cligged shower drains, and he also pointed out an external valve issue I had not noticed. He was quick, explained everything thing in the repairs regarding costs and other potential issues. I really liked him also. He was very impressive as a technician. Plus he was willing to learn when I showed him the new company flyer, which he had seen. Great representative for the company. I will definitely call them back. AAAAA+++++ work and service

Our experience with Beach Plumbing has been great. We had our main sewer line replaced. We worked with Edwin, Luis, and Dion and all were very professional and courteous, kept us up to date during the process, performed the work quickly and cleaned up the space afterwards. Seems like a really great company. Edwin came out to give me a quote and was the most thorough out of all of the quotes I got. He scoped her line, spent the time to explain everything to me and showed me the video while he was doing it. Even send it to me afterwards. Also, he crawled under the house (Which most people will try to avoid If they can) and took video and explain things to me while on the video under the house! Edwin really goes above and beyond to create a knowledgeable experience for the customer.They seem super honest and knowledgeable about everything. Edwin is really transparent. They do all of their work in-house and don't sub anything out.We did not end up going with them because we had a really expensive job and got three other quotes, And luckily got a crazy good quote from a different company for a different newer technology. But for the same job, they were fairly competitive with the other companies.

I would highly recommend Beach Plumbing. I was having draining issues with 2 toilets and a shower. Matthew, the tech, went underneath the house and evaluated the situation. He discovered that some of the piping was very old and deteriorated. He suggested to replace it and reroute the drainage system to the main for better drainage.They came out on Sat, Mother’s Day weekend and finished the drainage work so we could be up and running by that night. Thank you, Matthew, Kody, AD and William for your excellent work ethic, efficiency and professionalism. Thank you, Kody, for your great customer service and explaining everything to me. You have an awesome team at Beach Plumbing!

FIVE STARS PLUS! Very lucky I found Beach Plumbing. We had an existing sump pump that was improperly installed years ago---it was an aweful pill to swallow because I knew that this need a major overhaul.This job required a land survey, permits, concrete coring and demo. Each step was thought out and and executed with the best of results by BP. I had full confidence in their work becuase of how thoughtful they were in planing each stage. Thank you Chad and Fabian!!!!Also a big achknowlegement of gratitude to Kody and Lui, courteous and very through. Beach plumbing performed a complete re-pipe under my house. Beach plumbing met and exceeded my expectations. Pricing is fair and came well under the previous bid from another company for the same job. The plumbing techs were professional, friendly, and helpful. The plumbers have great workmanship and take pride in their work. Below is a detailed description of the jobI have a house that had all cast iron drain lines. I had one estimate to replace my laundry and kitchen drains to the main. The plumber from the first company went under the house and gave me an estimate on exactly what I asked for. I called Beach Plumbing for a second estimate. Matthew, their service tech, came out same day, went under house to look at what I asked for plus to look for any other issues while he was down there. Matthew found an additional leak coming from my bathroom sink. I verified the leak by opening the drywall under my sink and finding a corroded “T” with holes all around it. After seeing that I asked for two separate estimates, one for the three issues I knew about and one for a complete drain re-pipe. I decided to go with the whole house drain re-pipe.With the whole house drain re-pipe, all drain lines and main line that were under the house were replaced and any walls that were opened up were patched. The job was scheduled to take 3 days, but lucky for me they added two more plumbers from a rescheduled job to work on my house. All of the drain line plumbing was completed and in service at the end of the first day. The second day all of the patchwork was completed. Matthew frequently checked the job progress and took pictures of the new plumbing under the house and the completed patchwork. Matthew and the other technicians frequently asked if I was satisfied with how the job was going. Again I’ll say that I am completely happy and satisfied with the outcome of this job.

We bought a 100 year old home that was in disrepair and needed to repipe our entire home. After interviewing many plumbers, we decided to work with Beach plumbing as they were clearly the best candidates. We also decided to get a new tankless water heater and new water filtration system with them as well.Their owner Chad was of great help during the repipe, overseeing the project, and answering a lot of questions asked by my family. Chad was very professional and really cares about his company's reputation. Edwin, their lead manager, also did an amazing job assessing our challenges and organizing project from inspection and contract and to follow up. He always answered my phone calls and house calls promptly, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Chad and Edwin went the extra mile to keep us happy and keep things on schedule.Chad the owner also hires great people and I could tell that he cared a lot about his employees. They were a stellar team including the managers, supervisors and technicians to every employee I came across. The front line team was polite, efficient, great at communicating with our family, cleaned up after themselves and keep the mess to a minimum. They started first thing in the morning by covering up all our hardwood floors, hanging plastic to protect areas they wouldn't be working in, and covering up everything else. They found ways to work around areas that couldn't be disturbed, like counters, backsplash in the kitchen, and tile in bathroom showers and exterior stucco. They also did a great job of patching the walls when they were done.We are also very happy with the results of their work nine months later as we haven’t had any problems, and are enjoying our new improved water flow, tankless water heater, and filtered water. It was worth every penny!!! The Beach Plumbing team are my plumbers for life!!!!

Beach Plumbing is fantastic! We needed to have our main water supply line replaced, but it was a big job. We tried to get estimates from several plumbing companies, but they either neglected to call us back, were no shows or they came and never bothered to give us an estimate. We did manage to get one other real estimate, but they wanted to run some of the line above ground. In contrast, Beach Plumbing never missed a step. They came out the same day we called to do the estimate and spent a lot of time working to make sure the price would be accurate. We waited a few days hoping to hear from a couple of other companies, but no luck. We called Beach Plumbing back almost a week after they were at our house, but they were very pleasant and accommodating about when we wanted the work done. The job was not easy, and did not go smoothly because of some large tree roots, but they stayed professional and did excellent work. Even though the job took almost twice as long as they expected, we were shocked and happy to be told that the price remained the same as the original estimate. I cannot recommend Beach Plumbing highly enough.

Everybody from Beach Plumbing is professional and courteous. Edwin came out to the house, explained everything that he needed to do and what it would cost. Even when we ran into unexpected trouble along the way (roots growing up from under the foundation,) he was able to adapt and still finish the job quickly and with a high quality bar.
